I can not find any indication in the Olivier tree for a marriage between Olivier and a Schalk Willem du Plessis. with a birth date of 1772
I am setting the merge as a match for now - I agree it is the correct mother, but the father has me baffled :-P
Certainly, from what I can gather Schalk Willem Jacobus is the same person as Willem du Plessis. I'm looking for documental proof of why the name Schalk is mentioned on the baptism record for his son Cornelis Johannes, https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2HG-X8KQ, also looking for documented evidence of his marriage with Anna Maria Grobler, https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/K4V1-X9F, without any proper evidence I will be happy if we settle on Du_Plessis - 1127 as the father.
